Every now and them I sort throught odds and ends of beads and come up with the makings for really unique jewelry. I found a neat Chinese Turquoise barrel bead about 1 1/4" long and 5/8" in diameter to use as a center piece in this 20" necklace. This barrel was a natural choice for 8 mm Chinese Turquoise heshi and 8 mm beads. I added dyed Bamboo Coral beads for their deep red color, sterling Bali beads and a sterling toggle clasp for ease fastening.
