In creating this 23" necklace I selected end drilled Chinese Turquoise nuggets, 3 mm coral beads, a large turquoise donut as a center drop and a sterling silver lobster claw clasp. The nuggets are mostly about 5/8" by 7/16" by 3/8" and the donut is 2" in diameter.
