Another beautiful pendant handcrafted by my friend Jim Taylor. Jim both polished the free-form malachite cabochon and did the silver work. He cut the stone from the unique malachite found in Arizona. Sometimes azurite and chrysocolla will occur in the same Arizona stone but not in this case. There is an interesting orange-brown matrix on the left of the cab. Jim did not stamp this pendant as at that time he said it was not necessary as his craftsmanship spoke for itself.
The pendant is 2 1/8" including the bail by just over an inch. There is twisted wire along the edge of the pendant. I've included a 925 silver box chain.
